Botswana : Tshosane is reluctant
In disagreement with the financial terms, the Botswana coach Stanley Tshosane refused to sign the new contract proposed by his country's Federation (BFA).
In disagreement with the financial terms, the Botswana coach Stanley Tshosane refused to sign the new contract proposed by his country's Federation (BFA). While he was asking for a monthly salary of 13,700 dollars, the BFA only proposed 7500 to him. However, according to the Vice President of the BFA, Dintle Mphele, negotiations with the man who qualified for the first time in their history the Zebras for the AFCON are still going on. A solution could be found in the coming days.
As reminder, Botswana was eliminated in the first round of the AFCON after losing all its three games in Group D based in Franceville against Ghana (0-1), Guinea (1-6) and Mali (1-2) .
